APPLICATION FOR AFC CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MEDIA ACCREDITATION
- Click here to download the accreditation form.
- Fill out the form and fax it to the the home team media officer. Also email your passport size photo to the home club media officer.
- If you are international media, please contact hosting club media officer. (If you need a visa to attend the away matches, please contact your home club media officer. Please note that the home FA/club are responsible only for liaising with the away club/FA to facilitate the issue of visa assistance letters. Obtaining the visas is the responsibility of individual media representatives.)
- The hosting club shall get the list of visiting media representatives and be responsible for issuing accreditation cards after a due verification process. Media representatives can pick up their accreditation cards at the hosting club media centre or media reception desk.
- If your organization is a non-rights holder under TV category, please always confirm with the local media officer of the venue that you are to visit whether you can get an access to the match. For a list of local media officers of the respective countries, please click here.
